Andrea joined Suncorp Valuations in 2002 bringing experience in real estate appraisal market valuation.
Andrea’s team specializes in providing replacement cost appraisals for insurance placement across various residential, commercial, and industrial occupancies.
Andrea has studied urban land economics and appraisal. Andrea is recognized as an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Cost Survey with the American Society of Appraisers.
Joanne Cousins has worked with Suncorp Valuations since March 2019. Initially as an external consultant until joining the Executive team on a permanent basis in November 2020 as the VP of Finance.
Joanne has over 20 years of Finance and Accounting experience. Prior to joining Suncorp, Joanne provided consulting services to small and medium sized clients operating in a wide range of industries. These services ranged from new business start-up, expansion, financial reporting, cash management and mentorship.
Joanne obtained her Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian University and completed her CPA, CGA designation in October of 2010.
Kim joined Suncorp in January 2020 as the Vice President of Human Resources and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations.
Kim has 25 years of Human Resource experience, mostly in the Mining Industry. Most notably, she led the Human Resource and Communications functions for an International Potash Company as they built a new Canadian company and 4.1 billion dollar potash mine in Saskatchewan.
Kim has an undergraduate degree from the University of Saskatchewan, is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources, and an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.
Raelin joined Suncorp in November 2020 and has held a series of progressive HR roles, including Senior HR Business Partner, HR Manager and currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources.
With over 25 years of Human Resources experience – primarily in the public sector – Raelin has consistently deepened her strategic impact, led key initiatives and contributed to the organization’s people strategy.
Raelin is known for her collaborative approach, strategic insight, and commitment to fostering healthy, high-performing workplaces.
Raelin holds undergraduate degrees in History and Commerce, a Master’s in Lifelong Learning and Adult Education, and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
