Jose is an expert in the valuation of condominium properties, commercial and industrial properties for insurance placement Ontario and Eastern Canada.
Jose has academic training in engineering. Jose is recognized as an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Machinery and Technical Specialties, the American Society of Appraisers.
Jackie joined Suncorp Valuations in 2005 as a Valuation Consultant, based in Saskatoon. Jackie Thakore provides real property appraisals, technical reviews, reserve fund studies, and consulting services on properties throughout Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia.
Jackie has analytical experience with all real estate property types (single and multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, investment, development land, agricultural, etc.), including special purpose properties such as hotels, golf courses, and hotel operations.
Jackie has provided services for a wide variety of uses such as mortgage placement, litigation support, due diligence, tax assessment issues and expropriation procedures.
Jackie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
Chris has been with Suncorp Valuations since 1986 and is recognized as an industry expert in valuations for insurance placement, proof of loss, property control, public sector accounting board (PSAB) compliance and life cycling of assets.
He has worked with numerous high profile clients in education, municipal authorities, healthcare and houses of worship, valuing both buildings, machinery and equipment (including waste and water treatment facilities).
Chris has performed these services for clients throughout North America, specializing in heritage properties as well as valuations for municipal entities, including major cities throughout Canada and the USA.
Chris holds an Appraisal and Assessment diploma from Lakeland College and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Machinery & Technical Specialties, by the American Society of Appraisers..
Andrea joined Suncorp Valuations in 2002 bringing experience in real estate appraisal market valuation.
Andrea’s team specializes in providing replacement cost appraisals for insurance placement across various residential, commercial, and industrial occupancies.
Andrea has studied urban land economics and appraisal. Andrea is recognized as an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Cost Survey with the American Society of Appraisers.
Raelin joined Suncorp in November 2020 and has held a series of progressive HR roles, including Senior HR Business Partner, HR Manager and currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources.
With over 25 years of Human Resources experience – primarily in the public sector – Raelin has consistently deepened her strategic impact, led key initiatives and contributed to the organization’s people strategy.
Raelin is known for her collaborative approach, strategic insight, and commitment to fostering healthy, high-performing workplaces.
Raelin holds undergraduate degrees in History and Commerce, a Master’s in Lifelong Learning and Adult Education, and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
