Thomas Keesey, B.Comm., ASA, ARM

Thomas joined Suncorp Valuations in 2011, with past experience in foreign trade.

As a member of the public sector team, Thomas primarily appraises educational and municipal properties and equipment. He also has substantial appraisal experience in the private sector arena, appraising hotel and condominium properties.

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with distinction, from the University of Saskatchewan. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Machinery & Technical Specialties by the American Society of Appraisers. In 2021, he was also granted his designation in Appraisal Review and Management (ARM).

Thomas is currently based out of Edmonton, enabling him to better serve our client base in Alberta and British Columbia.

Kaylyne Derksen, B.Comm., P.App, AACI

Kaylyne Derksen joined Suncorp Valuations in 2013, as a Valuation Consultant, based in Saskatoon. Kaylyne provides real property appraisals, reserve fund studies and consulting services on properties throughout Saskatchewan.

Kaylyne has analytical experience with all real estate property types (single and multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, investment, development land, and agricultural, etc.) including special purpose properties such as seniors facilities, hotels, and restaurants.

Kaylyne has provided services for a wide variety of uses such as mortgage placement, litigation support and due diligence.

Kaylyne holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a postgraduate certificate in valuation from the University of British Columbia.

Todd Adams, B.A. (Bus Econ), P.App, AACI

Todd joined Suncorp Valuations in 2004 as a Valuation Consultant, based in Saskatoon. Todd Adams provides real property appraisals, technical reviews, reserve fund studies and consulting services on properties throughout Saskatchewan and Alberta.

Todd has analytical experience with all real estate property types (single and multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, investment, development land, agricultural, etc.), including special purpose properties such as restaurants, seniors facilities, big box developments, hotels, etc. He also provides property assessment review and advisory services, and reserve fund planning services.

Todd has provided services for a wide variety of uses such as mortgage placement, litigation support, due diligence, tax assessment issues, and expropriation procedures.

Todd has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of Saskatchewan and postgraduate certificate in real estate from the University of British Columbia.

Kory Cherepuschak, B.Comm., ASA

Kory joined Suncorp Valuations in 2007. His previous experience includes construction and project management.

As a member of the Public Sector group, Kory specializes in appraising churches and public housing. He also has extensive experience in the valuation of food processing facilities.

Kory holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and is recognized as an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Machinery and Technical Specialties, the American Society of Appraisers.
