Jana has worked in the Saskatoon real estate industry since 2006, when she began her career as a sales and customer service representative for a condominium developer. She joined Suncorp Valuations in 2007 as a Valuation Consultant, based in Saskatoon.
Jana is experienced in both the residential and commercial markets within Saskatchewan. She has diverse experience with commercial property types, including industrial, office, retail, multi-family, hotel/lodging, land, agricultural and special use properties. Jana’s professional experience also extends to consulting assignments such as reserve fund studies, expropriation reports, market rent studies, budget vetting and feasibility studies.
Jana has provided services for a wide variety of uses such as mortgage placement, litigation support, due diligence, tax assessment issues and expropriation procedures.
Jana holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a postgraduate certificate in valuation from the University of British Columbia.

Jannik has over 25 years of experience in IT including training, requirements gathering, analysis and design, development, quality assurance, and deployment.
Jannik is recognized for his extensive Structured Query Language (SQL) expertise starting with SQL 6.0 in 1995 and he also holds ten years of Microsoft Certifications. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and skills, and has demonstrated leadership and innovation as a business owner, educator, and IT consultant throughout his career.
Jannik holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Saskatchewan and he is fluent in both English and Danish, with elementary proficiency in German, Swedish, and Norwegian languages.

Joanne Cousins has worked with Suncorp Valuations since March 2019. Initially as an external consultant until joining the Executive team on a permanent basis in November 2020 as the VP of Finance.
Joanne has over 20 years of Finance and Accounting experience. Prior to joining Suncorp, Joanne provided consulting services to small and medium sized clients operating in a wide range of industries. These services ranged from new business start-up, expansion, financial reporting, cash management and mentorship.
Joanne obtained her Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian University and completed her CPA, CGA designation in October of 2010.

Kim joined Suncorp in January 2020 as the Vice President of Human Resources.
Kim has 25 years of Human Resource experience, mostly in the Mining Industry. Most notably, she led the Human Resource and Communications functions for an International Potash Company as they built a new Canadian company and 4.1 billion dollar potash mine in Saskatchewan.
Kim has an undergraduate degree from the University of Saskatchewan, is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources, and an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.
