Stephen (Steve) Hewitt joined Suncorp Valuations as a Manager, Industrial Valuation Group in June 2023.
Steve comes with 12 years of experience as a Machinery & Equipment valuer across a wide range of industries and international experience across North & South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia and has experience managing a valuation team.
Steve has a Master of Science (Management) and Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and holds an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) and an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors designation. Since then, he has done numerous large industrial assignments and was given a promotion to Consultant in 2021.

Christine Hamel joined Suncorp Valuations in 2016. Christine provides valuation services to public and private sector clientele, focusing primarily on residential and commercial properties.
In addition to valuation services, Christine assists with loss control and risk management projects. She brings a construction background, as well as an extensive understanding of the National and Alberta Building Codes, to the Suncorp risk management team.
Christine is a Candidate Member with the American Society of Appraisers, working towards her Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Machinery and Technical Specialties designation.

Nick specialises in valuations for buildings, machinery, and equipment, serving educational, religious, and municipal clients. He brings extensive expertise in appraising city infrastructure, churches, and schools and has completed valuations for multiple mid- to large-sized municipalities, covering all aspects of their public sector assets.
Nick is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) and holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from the University of Saskatchewan. His diverse background as a laboratory technician, carpenter, mason, and experience in a food distribution warehouse adds practical insight to his valuation work.
