Nick holds a Bachelor of Science, and is USPAP Certified, and is a candidate for ASA accreditation from the American Society of Appraisers.
Kathy Yorkston originally joined Suncorp Valuations in 2006, as a Valuation Consultant based in Edmonton. Kathy provides valuation services to private and public entity clientele, with her primary focus being the provision of real estate valuations for international insurance firms, government agencies, and property management companies.
Kathy has analytical experience with all real estate property types including single and multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, development land, and agricultural.
Kathy has a Bachelor of Design Studies degree from the University of Adelaide and a diploma in Architectural Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
Nihar Talati joined Suncorp in 2022 as a Consultant for our Asia-Pacific team, based in India. He has 4 years of prior experience in the Valuation industry and prior to this he was involved in the construction industry and has a deep understanding of building construction costs.
Nihar holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters of Technology in Construction Project Management. He is fluent in the English, Hindi and Gujarati languages.
