Jordan Vanjoff joined Suncorp as a Director in August 2025 based in British Columbia, Canada.
Jordan brings over a decade of experience in both commercial and residential real estate appraisal, with a strong background in property valuation, market analysis, and client collaboration. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation, and an AACI designation.
Deepti originally started with Suncorp Valuations in July 2019 and has recently re-joined in the position of Director, based in British Columbia, Canada. Deepti has a Bachelor of Technology Degree in
mechanical engineering and an MBA in Banking and Finance.
She is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Machinery and Technical Specialties with American Society of Appraisers. She has over 12 years of experience in engineering, cost estimation, and project management.
Jeffrey Dunkle joined Suncorp Valuations in December 2024, as a Director based in Pennsylvania.
Jeff has over 20 years of industrial appraisal experience, including in healthcare, mining and mineral processing, wood products and manufacturing sectors. He has an MBA, Industrial Engineering degree, and an ASA designation.
Alex Wong joined Suncorp Valuations in 2012. He began his career as an appraiser within the Alberta market, working out of the Edmonton office for three years before being transferred to Toronto in 2015.
Alex has appraised numerous properties throughout Canada, specializing in commercial, industrial and condominium portfolios.
Alex has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from McMaster University, majoring in geotechnical and structural engineering.
Glenn Peterson serves as a Senior Consultant in the Risk Management Group. Core
responsibilities include, conducting risk management inspections and report generation. Glenn
brings over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, building codes and
loss control inspections. In addition, he has technical skills in analysis, code interpretation utilized
in the assessment of property, liability, and crime risks.
Glenn holds an A.Sc.T. designation from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technologies in Building
Construction Engineering Technology. He is a Level 3 Building Official – Building Code Qualified,
Red Seal Carpenter, and has take course load toward obtaining the Canadian Risk Management
(CRM) designation through the Risk Management Society (RIMS).
