Joel Gonia joined Suncorp as a Director in October 2025 based in Louisville, Kentucky.
Joel holds a Marketing degree and the ASA ARM designations in Machinery and Technical Specialties and Appraisal Review. He brings over 30 years of experience in the valuation industry.
He is a recognized industry leader and co-author of various publications, with expertise in report generation, data collection, and public speaking.
Jordan Vanjoff joined Suncorp as a Director in August 2025 based in British Columbia, Canada.
Jordan brings over a decade of experience in both commercial and residential real estate appraisal, with a strong background in property valuation, market analysis, and client collaboration. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation, and an AACI designation.
Tim Stokes joined Suncorp as a Senior Consultant in July 2025 based in British Columbia, Canada.
He brings nearly ten years of residential and commercial appraisal experience across Canada, New Zealand, and the UK. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in Valuation and Property Management, and has earned his MRICS designation. He is also an AIC Candidate.
Deepti originally started with Suncorp Valuations in July 2019 and has recently re-joined in the position of Director, based in British Columbia, Canada. Deepti has a Bachelor of Technology Degree in
mechanical engineering and an MBA in Banking and Finance.
She is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Machinery and Technical Specialties with American Society of Appraisers. She has over 12 years of experience in engineering, cost estimation, and project management.
