Adam brings nearly a decade of experience in both commercial and residential real estate appraisal, with a strong background in property valuation, market analysis, and client collaboration.

Charlotte Coates joined Suncorp as a Senior Consultant in November 2025 based in British Columbia, Canada.
Charlotte holds her AACI designation and brings over 40 years of appraisal experience, focusing on commercial, multi-family, residential properties, and development land and farm classification.
Joel Gonia, ASA
Joel Gonia joined Suncorp as a Director in October 2025 based in Louisville, Kentucky.
Joel holds a Marketing degree and the ASA ARM designations in Machinery and Technical Specialties and Appraisal Review. He brings over 30 years of experience in the valuation industry.
He is a recognized industry leader and co-author of various publications, with expertise in report generation, data collection, and public speaking.
