Jana has worked in the Saskatoon real estate industry since 2006, when she began her career as a sales and customer service representative for a condominium developer. She joined Suncorp Valuations in 2007 as a Valuation Consultant, based in Saskatoon.
Jana is experienced in both the residential and commercial markets within Saskatchewan. She has diverse experience with commercial property types, including industrial, office, retail, multi-family, hotel/lodging, land, agricultural and special use properties. Jana’s professional experience also extends to consulting assignments such as reserve fund studies, expropriation reports, market rent studies, budget vetting and feasibility studies.
Jana has provided services for a wide variety of uses such as mortgage placement, litigation support, due diligence, tax assessment issues and expropriation procedures.
Jana holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a postgraduate certificate in valuation from the University of British Columbia.
