Nick is an experienced appraiser with a background in construction.
His projects focus on both Public Sector valuations, including appraising municipal assets, as well as Public & Catholic school divisions, and in Private Sector valuation on condominium buildings.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Science, and is USPAP Certified, and is a candidate for ASA accreditation from the American Society of Appraisers.
