Rico, and the Virgin Islands, to determine replacement cost of buildings, machinery and equipment, and contents.
Edward specializes in process and production facilities, as well as gaming and hospitality properties. He also has experience appraising water and wastewater treatment facilities, electric power generation plants, waste management facilities, metal rolling and casting mills, newspaper production plants, boiler and chiller production plants, meat (beef, pork and poultry) processing plants, distribution centers, construction materials plants, office buildings, hospitals, schools (including universities), shopping malls, data centers, and condominiums.
